Our practice is offering our patients a mix of telephone, telehealth video and in person consultations. With COVID 19 circulating in our community, we have restricted online appointments to telephone or telehealth. If you require an in person appointment, please contact our medical receptionist team.
Telephone consultations will attract a rebate from Medicare if you have attended in person in the past 12 months, so if you have had any vaccination with our practice in the last 12 months, then you would qualify. We aim to keep well people separated from sick people.
We offer telephone/telehealth appointments online via Automed and reserve a few appointments each day for people who need to be seen on the day.
Please call the clinic if your need is urgent and you will be triaged.

Please call us if your need is urgent as you will be given priority.
Appointments are required except in genuine emergency.
We are respectful of your time and we try to keep our appointments on time. Routine appointments are 10 – 15mins so please make a longer appointment if you have multiple issues, an emotional issue or require a mental health treatment plan, need a well womens check, health assessment or any management plan required to see an allied health professional.
We would appreciate you to let us know as soon as possible if your appointment no longer suites you. Another person may need that appointment. Fees may apply if you do not attend an appointment or if you cancel at short notice. We donate these fees to Medecines Sans Frontieres – doctors without borders, an international medical charity https://www.msf.org.au/.
